Some hacker has hacked quite a few sites the past few days.  CB5 is one of them.  Some lame kid who wants more traffic to his site.  And since the admins at CB5 havent kept up on their forum suftware updates, the database is prone to hackers.  If you are able to view a topic, you can see that the hackers are beginning to change some of the forum code.

Yeah, I got the strange page yesterday, and today clubb5.com won't even resolve through DNS - guess they took it off the 'net to repair things.  Snotty little asswipes...

Yeah .... the older versions of those free pbpBB boards are not very secure ... unfortunatelly ... Too bad for ClubB5 ... But it looks to me like currently the DNS is pointing somewhere else.... Let me know if I can help ...

I was just playin'...sorry...I was having a monster bad online day yesterday. In fact, my whole day just sucked brick.
Paul and I got into over at t-region too...he was callin' me a n00b so I told him to shove it :lol:
I hope clubb5 is up today...I need to do some virutal shopping

And no, I'm not on the banned list I just hang out with those who are :lol: ClubB5 is cool with the exception of "How do I remove my headlight bulb," or "What chip should I get." ...it's called search dude :wink:

Damn, we are getting a lot of traffic because CB5 is down.  Lotsa hits from google searches for club b5.

looks like a lot of folks are hanging out in the this thread in the B5 forum at vortex.

Sounds like the same people hacked a few other discussion boards as well, and CB5 is doing their upgrades at this time - somebody actually saw a note on the site to that effect.

Man, there's some pretty sour grapes in that thread.  I don't know WTF happened but based on the attitudes displayed there by *some* of the "banned" people, I'd say CB5 is better off without them.

Yeah, alot of 'em hang out at t-region and get a kick out of the fact that AA and Thanasi are banned now on there site...whatever.
Some people take car clubs a little to seriously I think.

That's one thing that I like about our club and "most" of Club B5. We don't subscribe to all the bashing and "guy talk" that alot of clubs do. In all honesty, I think we're a little more mature and behave in a more adult like manner.

And yes, I do spend a few over at t-region, but mainly out of amusement and boredom. I don't feel I fit in well there at all. In any case, politics are everywhere and I do miss CB5. I hope it comes back and the bitterness goes somewhere else.
