Thanks to all that made it out, it was a good day. I actually learned quite a bit and look forward to applying that the next time I detail my car.

Wish I was able to make it.
Did a good amount of people show up?
What was the situation on detailing the cars (one car, every work on their own, etc)?

About half of the people who said they would be there showed. No biggie, it was good. Learned some good stuff.

My eyes were opened to many things I had been unclear about.  Justin was very cool and generous with his time.

Thanks to Intrigue for opening your shop to us and to Jay for setting this all up!

I'll have to try to get in on something like this with them on a weekend that isn't as crazy for me.

Yeah, thanks to Jay for setting this up and thanks to intrigue for hosting us today.  I had thought I was doing pretty well detailing my car before, but I learned many new tricks today which will really help.

It was a good day.

thanks Jay for putting that together. It was pretty amazing to watch the transformation of that s4's hood... Justin was telling us that they will be doing at least 3 porsche GTs  for the P-car event coming up so if we wanted to see them we should drop in sometime after june 18th. i know i'll be going back just for that Cheesy

All of the dust falling down from the ceiling from the exhaust noise was pretty cool too.  They have some amazing cars there.  I was talking to one of the guys on the way out, and he told me that the place is open to pretty much anyone stopping by to admire the cars whenever they want to.

Thanks again for setting this up Jay.

it was pretty funny... when he started it i really felt like it sounded like my mr2 at idle. not so when he gave it a full rev. that was awesome - i'm pretty sure it was louder than NIN and JA combined Tongue

I think you should paint your MR2 to look like a Ford GT and try to pass it off as one!
