I am thinking about doing a chip, but do not know which type to run. I am also thinking about doing an exhust system and am split between a eurosport or a nuspeed-> I would like to get the right size of pipe to possibly run a supercharger later down the road.

Man, that sounds hot. Welcome to the club. I still don't have a chip, but I'm also married with a house.
Anyway, go performance first...it won't win you any awards as evident by VWOTG, but you'll be happier in the long run...
