I am down for going and helping out with what ever you guys need. I was wondering if you guys are meeting somewhere then rolling down or what the deal is. But like I said I am down for helping, just let me know.

Greg,

Here is the original post on the topic.  Almost all of us are planning on going.  I'm sure we will have had the chance to hang out before then.

To clarify... we are NOT offering staff shirts at cost (unless there is a huge ass demand that we should do that! )

I think it would be easier to just offer regular show shirts to you guys... I am open to opinions on that fact though. If you want real staff shirts, and are still willing to cover the cost, I can do that, but I need exact numbers and sizes, no one can roll up last minute and expect one!

As for the times... Pat is plugging names into his matrix and we should have a beta version of the list out by the 20th.... it will be tweaked a bit, but it makes sense to put the Denver folks on later shifts so you have time to not only get here, but get your car settled and ready too!

Hey Scott, I would still like a large staff shirt.  I'm willing to pay for it.  Is that one cost or what?

ok, let's take a vote here...

all who want to pay for a staff shirt at cost say YES

all who just want a regular show shirt at cost say NO

If you all want staff shirts, give me your size right after your vote!

Umm, is this a trick question ;)

Shirt size L, I'm impartial, staff or show, whichever is easiest or makes most since Scott. :)

almost forgot about this one.
I'll definately show up and I'm willing to volunteer for something (I don't mind paying for a staff shirt at cost, make mine a small, or a medium if there is no small).

Hey guys,
I apologize for my ignorance.  Other than Jay and Winston I don't know most of you very well.

For those of you that volunteered to work would it be possible for you to post or PM me your full names?

I'm the lucky guy that gets to make the work schedule. 8O

Thanks a bunch.

Ok, it has been decided (for good this time) that only those on the planning committee and those that have been actively engaged in the effort to put this show together will be getting staff shirts. I will have the exact costs onthe shirts this Saturday night, and will report back to you guys with a number no later than Sunday morning.

Sorry guys, it was not my call I am just one of many in this thing.  :?

I did however add you guys as a supporting sponsor on the flyers that went to Dubwar, and they will also be going to Midwest Massiv. It is in the text at the bottom of the flyer, but you guys are there. Thank youin advance for volunteering to make this show a good one!

Does me checking this thread once a week and randomly babbleing here and there constitute being actively engaged in the effort to put this show together? I wanna feel special in a staff shirt too Scott!

LOL J/K
I cant wait for the show!

Jay always never forg et to take the red pill.  You don't want to be come aBule Pill Person

So it looks like regular shirts at cost.  How will attendees differentiate us as staffers?

As for the cruise down, we will open a new thread on that the week before the show so check back on that.

Also keep an eye open for detailing days, etc. that we will post on.

Winston..
We're working out the staff identification aspect.  We've got another meeting coming up soon and we'll probably hash it out then.  You guys are welcome to send an RMCB5 rep to the meeting if you'd like.  PM me for details.

One last check for anyone that wants to work the show as I'm finalizing the work schedule this week.
