You aint dubbin if you aint rubbin
« on: July 13, 2004, 11:17:46 PM »
Hey i just thought I would let everybody know that me and a couple of my friends just installed a full set of Fk coilovers on my 2002 passat. The front right side took about two hours, mainly due to lots of head scracthing (spell check) but after that the other side took about an hour and the back was not more than 25 minutes to do. The overall drop has yet to be determined, because it is an adjustable kit and I forgot to measure the corners before the drop.  But it is in and looking/driving 10 times better than before.

Sweet!  I have the KW coilovers and I love them too!  I'm interested to see what the ride quality is for the FK's.  The KW's are tight, and that's good, but sometimes is gets a little rough on the bad roads.

the ride is great, but still stiff, this to me is a small price to pay for the huge handling difference, overall quality is great but still choppy on the really bad roads
