Wow, welcome to the club.  That's a nice little collection you got going there.

Tell us a little bit about the rides, are they stock or what?  If you have any pictures post em, I love checking out new cars.

Eh, this may be a little embarrassing, since they're so plain, but:
'95 Jetta, 5spd, 200k mi and passes emissions w/flying colors.  No mods, but I think I have gotten to know this car intimately, (had an '86 Golf GTI that seems to be identical in almost every way, put down at 300k); the VW isn't really on the hood--I was just tinkering w/some ideas

'98 B5 Tip, bought last year online, bad turbo, love the car anyway, will be FS soon at fair price because of new Audi

'00 A4, bought last month, GIAC chip, BBS 17s, K&N, some susp. stuff, nice machine... will post a pic when wife brings it home and lets me touch it.  (the car, I mean)

Thanks for welcoming me; I've been a quiet member of CB5 for awhile, but RMCB5 was the obvious next step.

looking forward to seeing the audi.  What questions do you have?  anything in particular?  We are all willing to help here, this place is a great resource for members, new and old, excellent knowledge base.

The audi sounds nice, hope to see you at a GTG sometime soon, keep you eyes on the Annual gathering in August, lots of fun stuff going on there.

Again, welcome!!!

cheers
jon

Welcome to the club!  Maybe we will see you at a GTG soon.  Also, we have a show in Colorado Springs next weekend called Dubs Along the Rockies and our annual GTG the weekend of August 20-22.

Welcome to the club!

I will take pics of the Audi soon, (broke my camera at Disneyland last week   ), and I've been meaning to get to a GTG for awhile now, but I haven't b/c I don't know anyone.  I guess there's no better way to meet other enthusiasts!   I'll have to check out the Dubs event; I guess it's open to all Dubs, not just Bugs?

Yeah, there are two:

July 25th in Colorado Springs:

Dubs Along the Rockies (VW/Audi show)

August 8th at Bandimere:

Bug In (VW/Audi show)

Both are for all makes and models from the family. We are all rolling down to DATR next Sunday.  We will be caravaning for sure, so if you want to meet up with us for the drive down you should.

It will be a good time.  Lotsa great cars too.

Right on!   I actually play drums in my church so I can't even leave until about 11:30 or so.  But I'm definitely in... once I pick a machine for the drive.  If anyone's leaving the north side that late, let me know and we'll cruise down right behind ya.  8)
