Good deal, Jay.  Let's make it 8am at the Krispy Kreme at county line and Quebec.

For those that aren't familiar with it, it is pretty quick to get to the show from there.

To get to KK, go down I-25 to E470 West, and get off at the first exit, on the ramp, you'll see it on the right...

So let's meet there at 8 or so and we'll leave at 8:30...

I plan on being there with my Eurovan.  Not sure if they will let me park with the homies 'cause last year they had all the vans on the other side of the "green."  I hope to get my suspension adjusted this weekend.

Hey guys, sorry I don't think I'll be able to roll out the B5 to the VWOTG (For some reason snow is really slick and causes you to slide into other cars).  I'll probably be driving out my brother's GTi so he can also take out the notch.  But I will definitely stop by and introduce myself personally.  We may even see you at KK beforehand.

If you're 'on the green', you're IN the show.. it's free dude.. I saw a bunch of totally stock passats last year parked on the green.. no one cares. You should park with us cause the more B5s we have the cooler we look. ;) And we want to hang out with you. I went last year and didn't 'participate'... and was TOTALLY bummed that I didn't... don't make that mistake, Shum, it's not worth it. ;)

You know, VWOG was my first "show".  Dirty car and all.  I asked where parking was, and they put me on the green.  :)  Have fun guys, I sure did.  And dont' forget about the baby outfits for the little ones!  Both of my kids where them.  ;)

Cool!  This is going to be fun!  Man, I have to get a camera soon or I am going to die!

Here are a few things you may want to put on your list of things to bring as well...

-Sunblock (especially Jay)
-A patio table umbrella, canopy, etc., if you have one.  Trees are hard to come by on the green from what I hear
-Music
-Food
-Something to drink
-Lawn chairs or folding chairs
-Blankets

It may rain, so bring an umbrella or rainjacket...

Wow, Jay is only wearing socks and shoes?  Remember you're only supposed to show your VW.  :)

I'm hoping to meet ya'll in the morning (if I get up early enuf), but I'll probably have to leave around noon or so.  That will open up a parking space on the green for one of the late comers tho.

Okay, based on the distance Krispy Kreme is from the show, we've decided on a different locaiton to meet that is just north of the site and is accessible from most places fairly easily:

Lamar's donuts (they are very good BTW):

5350 S Santa Fe Dr
Littleton, CO 80120
(720) 283-1790

Since it is just a short hop from there to VWOTG, we have less chance of losing anyone and there probably won't be anyone else meeting there, so we should be golden.

Let's meet there at 8:30am...Sound good?

I am unfortunately not going to be able to make it. My condition worsens by the day. By sunday I might be dead. Or at least feel like I am.
