We'll be heading out to MN over Thanksgiving. That's about the best we can do. Sorry Rusty. I've gone on one drive with Kenny, Stan, and Matt. It was a blast!

How many miles are you talking about, round trip from CO?

I'm driving out to California and maybe Oregon sometime around then more or less for my birthday. Just curious really, it would be just a "little" bit out of the way. ;)

This is a great time of year to go.  Leaves are changing and it hasn't reached the bitter cold time of year yet.  No way I can get away to join you though.  I just was in Chicago 2 weeks ago, then San Fran Last week.  About the time you leave, I get to head to Seattle, then to Atlanta.

We should start a pool - how many more miles for me before the end of the year?

On the road again...

As for distance, Chicago is a 12-14 hour (fast driving and little stoping) trip from Denver.  It is roughly 1000 miles.  As MN is further North but is west of Chicago, I'd guess at a little shy of the 1000 mile mark.
