that is just amazing, at least he was able to prove his ability before the surgery.

You had issues with your weight?

Seriously Alan, I would've never suspected you as ever having a weight problem.

that's what everyone says.

Through grade school and high school.  I also had extremely bad acne, bad enough to take medication (minocyclene) which caused more weight gain.  I still have the stretch marks to prove it.

after graduating high school I started seeing a personal trainer, did a lot of running, and ate more healthy (less meat, no junk or fast food, etc.) and ate smaller portions helped be slim down.

After moving here in Colorado I was hard to deal with the huge American portions, the obscene amounts of red meat, and abundance of fast food restaurants.  Often waitors would ask me if there was anything wrong with my meal since I could only a small portion of it.  Luckily Colorado has lots of places to ski, hike and do all kinds of sports.

fortunately I don't have any pics, but I weighed 35 pounds more than what I am now when I started high school (and I was shorter back then).

Obesity runs in my dad's family and a couple of my uncles are already on kidney dialysis and they are not that old.
