Hi All,
I just got linked to this forum from ClubB5.  I bought a 2004 Passat from Gebhart in September as a daily driver and have been enjoying it so far.  I do not plan to do much to it as I have other cars that take more of my time, but I might get a chip and some 16" wheels for summer tires.  It looks like there is a lot to see on this site, I will take a good look around.

See you,
-Joel.

Welcome Joel...you don't need to be a mod freak to be a member here.  There is a ton of good info on the cars in general.

You are the 2nd 1.8T 4Motion member.....nice to see more of those cars coming into the club.

cheers

Hey thanks!  No, I have two sporty cars so I think the Passat will remain a smooth, quiet ride.  The stock suspension seems to handle quite well anyway.  So far I have added a cable for my Dell DJ and gotten some monster mats.  The car goes in Thursday for a soft brake pedal so I get to see if the service department in Boulder is OK.  I'm also going to have them look at the tire splices, some of the sidewalls have a bit of a groove.
