Decided to switch it up a little bit.
« on: January 21, 2005, 02:00:35 AM »
I decided in the intrist of simplicity(sp?) to ditch the screen, changer and external satalite radio control for a Kenwood EZ-500. Single CD, flipdown detachable face.

Now instead of haveing 3 units I have 1 :D

For those of you that havent riden in my car this is what it used to look like.

Edit: for some reason the network here at work wont let me view any pics, so I guess ill have to add them later. Entertaining your self when you work second and third shift gets harder and harder every day.

Yup..that's the way to go...all-in-one.
I'd post a pic of my HU, but I don't know the model number and can't access shiznit at work.
It's a Sony Xplode, CD/WMA/CD-R/RW, tuner, sub out, 3band EQ...the basix. I just wanted CD.

I have the same Sirius reciever/unit in my car now too.  Ive been trying to get it working, but no luck so far.  Something wrong about the ESD/SIN number.  Going to have to call and see whats up.

That number should be located in your paperwork, and maby writen on the back of the brain, but im not totally sure about that.

If memory serves me corectly the sin number is how your brain is identifyed.

I used the number on the bottom of the reciever, but when I try to register it, it tells me its invalid.
