Zip code map
« on: April 15, 2005, 03:21:01 PM »
I have been searching online briefly for a zip code map of Denver.  All I seem to find is maps of denver with no zip codes or map stores wanting to sell me maps with zip codes. :)

I am doing the search so I can hunt down the areas I want to look for houses in.  Calling a realtor int he next week, but I want to get an idea of what prices are in certain areas and go scout out the neighborhoods to see if they are a place we would want to live. :)

Anyway, if someone knows of a website that has maps with zip codes I would appreciate any linkage.

Jay,

You can borrow my map w/ zip codes. It's a mapsco denver regional map. Little old (2001), but it'll work. I can bring it home this weekend.

What the hell is a phone book?  Just kidding ;)

Probably, I have a little down time today so I was hoping to find something online.

Otherwise, yeah Andrew if you have one I can borrow for the weekend that would be awesome.

Doing a search for a house in Denver yields so many results it makes me crazy. :)

This was on the USPS FAQ Page:

Note: Some postmasters may have ZIP Code maps covering their local area of responsibility. These maps are often obtainable from them free of charge and are also usually published in the Yellow Pages of local telephone directories in most large metro areas.

You may be able to swing by a post office and pick one up, but that would defeat your goal of finding something on line

If you don't get to Andrew's Map book you can borrow mine - it also has them in there.

Also, a huge help when we were looking was:

http://www.recolorado.com

it let you search by subdivision name    which was a HUGE help for us.

PS - our old place in Arvada is still for sale
