Installing MFA in GTI, need help. Anyone know about GEKO?
« on: May 06, 2005, 11:04:01 PM »
Well... VW has changed things around and to program a SKU on a mk4 gauge cluster you need to have the dealer do the whole thing.  They have this new program called GEKO, and it doesn't let the mechanic see any #s.  It just does everything over the web, etc.  Well, this program couldn't get my euro cluster that I am trying to install to accept the immobilizer #s.  Anyone know the deal or have access to the old SKU system?

  I just want to get my super fancy euro cluster installed.

TDI Club has a great write up on how do to it before the dealer got GEKO :x

Any help would be super!...  thanks in advance.

Sorry Spicoli, I have never heard of it.  Good luck and if and when you get it working, post some more information about it.
