Updated the GTI mods...and yes I need to update the Passat pics. But I like her when she was sexy and just cannot bring myself to change them.

Make sure those Pancake hose clams are on there really well. I blew my hose off on the dyno, hehehe.
Funny thing is it put down 6 more ft-lbs @ 264.38 on that run than my best with it attached properly (258.36 ft lbs). Guess they do run best right before they pop something

I installed the lower IC pipe last night and took her for a drive. I did not expect a big change in performance, but it finished my intake for the time being (new FMIC). The only thing I found that could (but must likely won't) cause issues is if I fully crank the wheel left, it lightly rubs up against the tube. I normally do not lock the wheel that far, but I wanted to see if there would any issues.

There shouldn't be. Are you sure the mounting bolt up top is straight and snug?
I don't recall mine hitting at full lock.
Also, you should be kind to your CVs anyway. I try not to ever hit full lock especially when moving.
Congrats

Everything is mounted correctly, it may have to do with the wheel tire combo that we each have. That's my guess at least.
I agree on the CV, I try not to fully lock the wheels either way.
Oh, and the RSB will be here on Tuesday!

Added a couple of on order stuff for the GTI. The AC trim should be in today and the new headlights should be in around Wednesday, I hope.
*Update* AC trim installed and lights have arrived. :woohoo:
