Excellent!!  Glad you can make it Dave!  I have the reservation in hand, so we are good to go.

I plan on being there around 2pm, to get everything set up.

This thread is kind of hard to read.  This GTG is what, this Sunday (Sept 11) at 2:30PM?

I would like to come but I have had no free time for days, got a mound of parts to put in the 928, and and I have my car up for sale and might have to show it.  But...  I hate wankers who waffle about events like this... so I'll be there.  I can bring some meats and beer and money to help pay for the space.

Sorry for the confusion...Sept 11, Sunday, it is.  Cooking will start around 3pm.  The space has been covered costwise, so food and beer will be perfect.  Call me if you have any questions.

skip the gasoline.  if you must, only use the girl scout fire starter.

Looks like I will have to be late - duty calls.

I will do my best to get there before 5 but not sure if it will happen.  In short, I hope you all are planning on staying for at least a couple of hours.

Hope to see you all there...

Good to see everyone, thanks Ian for setting it up!

took much longer than expected -- after following a silver Z8 on most of I25 I ended up driving through miles and miles of surburbia looking for a state park (Cedarwood Canyon Park?! I don't even see a canyon anywhere around here!), then took a wrong turn and drove to the opposite end of Wolfensburger.  Yuki threw up twice during this trek.

Thanks Ian for bringing your mobile BBQ.  That cedar plank salmon was very tasty!  A nice spread of food we had, too bad some people couldn't make it at the last minute -- I had a nice time.

That was fun.  As for getting there,  I just took Parker Rd and saw the signs.  I wanted to find a more eastern route but there was nothing good on my map.  Beautiful place.

Thanks to all for the great food and beer!
