Well, in my opinion, I think it is such a nice car that it deserves more recognition.  This post hasn't had nearly enough talk about Jay's new ride.  Bump, and I think it's awesome. I hope you're loving. And give us feedback on the 2.0T. I'm enamored with it.

Very nice ride.

Do we know when the wagon is expected?

Impressions? How come no nav?

The wagon should be around in Feb-March 2006. Some people are reporting a later arrival of it, but we'll just have to wait and see.

Nav...hmm.  I know where everything is around here so not much need for it.  Although it would be nice for my road trips. It is an option, but pricey. Another drawback, the cd changer while conveniently located in the glovebox, wont play MP3 CDs whereas the stock single disk and optional in dash 6 disk do.

Plus, I am on a tight budget. If I could have afforded it I would probably have waited and optioned it to the tilt.

Impressions.  I am really happy with it.  Handles far better than my b5 did stock. Has luxuries and the feel of my old A6. Quieter, roomier interior. Hell you;re out here now aren't you?

We are having a GTG  this Sunday if you're around, come by and check it out. Or drop me a line and we can meet up.

Bummer the wagon is so far behind. Won't be able to wait for it.

Yup, came out last weekend. Leave next wednesday for a bit, then back again.

I'll check the GTG section, see if I can swing by.

We're staying in Centennial right now, one of theose "suites" places along the freeway.

Where're you in relation? This weekend I'm thinking might be trips to the local VW/Audi dealer

I'm not far, down near C-470 and University Blvd. I'm guessing you are along I-25, probably at Dry Creek or Arapahoe?

Wow, congrats Jay!  Nice car.

I guess they'll have to pry my AEB B5 from my cold, dead hands lol...

I am so jealous of your fully independent rear suspension...

You gonna be bringin' it to the ABQ GTG in October? 8)
