Truth about Cars W8 Review

A comment on the new Nissan Armada one of the stupidly largest SUV's out there....
"Yes, it’s another one of those lumbering leviathans whose sole purpose in life is to Hoover-up the world’s precious oil reserves and belch-out planet killing hydrocarbons-- until and unless it mows down a bunch of blameless economy car drivers."

Interesting take on the W8, and for the most part I agree... it is a waste of money for the normal average person.

For me, it was not.  I purchased it because I value the uniqueness of the W8 engine; a hand-built fully alluminum W8 configuration built from the W16 platform... very rare and special.  I don't care what it is worth to a dealer; I would never trade it in anyways.  For me, I value the design.  I would never want one without the 6-speed, because you cannot truly get a feel for the W8 engine until you have six manual gears to work with.  Otherwise, that review is pretty much spot-on.
