Okaaaay...I'm not so bright...could have figured that out myself :?
Let's meet and drive as a group...Say, Win's house at 6am? Hehehehe
Just kidding, hows about Burger King on County Line at Park Meadows 8:30-9?? That way some of us can get coffee... :D

If this is a good spot, Jay maybe do a cross post for the Denver folk? Unless of course, people are already meeting somewhere, everytime I try to plan something someone's already got me beat :x

JR, that sounds good.  I can grab something to eat early too to keep me going all day.

I'll update the top post with this info and let's run with it.

JR, definitely, but since the show is on a Saturday, it will be hard to get everyone together.  I'm probably just going to do mine the night before.

Maybe!  I'll have to see what I have shaping up for that day...The tough thing is to get it done before the light outside runs out!

I get home about 4:30, but I can't wash my car until 6pm, then I figure wax from about 7-11 and detail until midnight...ugh!

I think I can probably join you guys...crap, that's next weekend. Hope I can wash my car by then. LOL
Jay, I still want my shirt from ya, if you bring it, I'll bring you some cashola. I feel weird supporting this show, because the planning people turned into tools and I stopped helping, but the original people are cool and I really do hope it gets off the ground...um I'll try to stay posted on the planzz.

On the sticker front, I will get my stickers from you on Saturday morning.  Where do we all want to meet to caravan?  Do we want to meet at Park Meadows with other VWers and head down?

Jay,

We've decided to meet at the Burger King at County Line Saturday morning at 7:30 and roll down together.   I have yours and JR's stickers as well as a couple of other ones if someone wants to pick up some already made ones...

JR, there will be food there and it is also at the mall, so there will be a food court, bathrooms, etc...

Yeah, I'm not sure what sizes are left.  I think all the Baby Dolls were L and XL, there may be one or 2 M.

As for the T-Shirts, there are still a bunch, not sure what's left in what sizes, I  am going to add the shirts to the online store so those that want la size other than what's available can order one.  Please keep in mind the online store is a bit more costly than buying from what we have.  I know the inventory has M, L and XL, just not sure how many of each remain.

I guess I can check that out and update the Merchandise thread with what's available still.

I plan on bringing lunch, it sounds like they will have some concessions to help cover the cost of the event, like soda and stuff, not sure how much of it would be food.

Anyone know the policy on alcohol? Wouldn't mind consuming a couple beers and would hate to be kicked out for walking around with a Coors in hand.  Of course I can always conceal it...muahhahahahhahhaaa ha  ha ahem.

I guess I will meet you guys at BK, though I don't plan on eating there, will probably get some KK across the street :). Are we leaving at 8/8:30? or something like that?  I just need to determine what time I have to drag my ass out of bed.

I also need to work on my car this week and get her all shinered up again.

Jay,

I would bring all of your merchandise down and maybe we can sell some of it.  Especially the Frisbees, but I know I would like to get another shirt, so I have a nice one around without stains on it.  No headliner mod stains or anything, but I do have that eating problem...

Last year the food and beverages were bought at the PX on the base that Scott (the organizer) works on, so he sold them at cost and they were like $1 a soda and $2 a dog.  The quality of the food was really good.  I even went back and got some dessert.  Plus, we will be at the mall, which has even more food options...

I plan on leaving as close to 8am as I can to get there around 9am.  I have yet to find out exactly where the mall is, so if anyone can pipe up with specific directions, that would be very helpful...

Eh...wax....hmph! Friday's going to cleaning the car....what sucks is that I have to park outside...I'm pretty much screwed if it rains Friday night.

So the plan is to meet up in Park Meadows at a BK and have a bunch of us drive down together? How many people are definately meeting up? It would be fun to have a pack of B5's driving down together - preferably led by someone who knows where we're going. Let me know what's up. I'm looking forward to meeting up.

That is the plan.  I have directions and I posted a link to where I got them a couple posts up.  We keep all of the B5s together and meet up with the other southbound dubs on the way there.  They are meeting at the Krispy Kreme at Quebec and County Line...

I'm not exactly sure on the count.  The vote on the home page only shows 5 definites, but there may be more that show up are can't make it at the last minute...
