Can you use a keyless remote trunk release on a wagon?
« on: July 11, 2006, 01:55:16 PM »
Hey guys,

I am selling a couple keyless remotes.  One gyu commented that he could not use one because he had a wagon and the remotes have a trunk releaes.  I have never been in a wagon.  Is this true?  I would have just guessed that the trunk release would work on a wagon.

Anyone with a wagon care to chime in?

Thanx!

Z

I never did get the keyless trunk release to work in my '00 A4 Avant.  It works just fine though in my '03 allroad.

I don't believe the trunk release works on certain model years of wagons.
