OMG....I think I am gonna die

I have been a long time consumer of Bagels...mainly Lender's, but also love Sara Lee and Thomas Bagels.  Well, this morning I took one bite of the all time worst bagel of my entire life.  I tried a Lender's Multi Grain Bagel.  I ate one bite of this crap and just about died.  I can't believe that Lender's....an upstanding Bagel company...would let something this nasty be put on the shelves of the super market.

I contacted them this morning to tell them that I wasted the energy to toast it and a smear of butter.....and that I almost DIED!!!!!

WORST FRICKIN BAGEL I have ever had.

Being from the NY area I know my bagels, so I know exactly how you feel! I've actually given up eating bagels since moving 'cause none of what's available out here can really measure up...Yeah I'm a bagelsnob! :lol:

My dad, FUNNY guy that he is...will sometimes mail me a package with nice big NY bagels in it. Unfortunately he sets them up on his window sill for about a week to harden before he sends them...so they are as solid as a brick by the time they arrive!!! I'm just like "Ohh bagels...wait  what the???  SONOVABTCH!!!!"  :x  :lol:

As far as frozens go, Lenders usually makes a pretty ok bagel...but multigrain? YUCK!

got these in the mail today, never got an email reply, but at least we can get 2 packages of everything bagles...we really like those.
