Yummy!
« on: July 29, 2006, 03:06:15 AM »
we went to outback for dinner this evening.  new item on the menu - the "crowned" filet.  it is a normal filet but topped with melted blue cheese. <drool!>

Medium Rare steak, awesome blue cheese, I loved it.

that is all.

I told Betsy that is what I was craving last night...that and their rolls....which are like cake, and I can eat 100's of them.

Texas Roadhouse is a good place, but there are none up on this end of town.

There are Roadhouses in Thornton and Arvada, not too far.  The Thornton one, 104th and Grant area, is also quite handy to Total Bev.  I could combine trips.

Mmmmmm.

Outback does have great steak, though I wouldn't want to cover the taste of the meat with blue cheese.  Make mine rare and bloody!
Love their onion blossoms, though last time I was there the onion was almost raw.

I haven't been to Pasquini's for a long time, I really should go there since it's just down the street from me (the one on 17th street).  Their pizzas and raviolis are my favorite.  And you have to finish off your meal with their awesome desserts.
