HELP-VAG-Com
« on: September 16, 2006, 12:50:41 AM »
Hey guys,

I was wondering if anyone would be available tomorrow moring to scan my wife's MKIV Jetta?  She has had an airbag light on for a couple of weeks and we haven't had a chance to get it into Autobahn.

We actually found a car my wife really likes so I'm hoping to find the code and clear it so we can trade it in.

I'm flexible on time and am more than willing to drive a little bit to get it scanned.  If you're available please call me at 720-219-8346.

Thanks in advance,

Kev

I can help, but I am up north, just outside of brighton.  If you are interested in headed up this way, let me know.

Thanks for all the responses.  My wife is at work right now with her car, so I won't be able to do anything this evening.

My original plan was to clear the code and hope it stay cleared at least long enough to trade the car in this morning, as we found a car my wife liked last night.  There are actually a few other issues we need to take care of with her car before we can trade it in, cracked front spoiler, pleeling clearcoat on the grill, and taking off my Longbeachs and putting on the steelies with snows.  We are kind of bumbed, but there's always another car out there.

Randy, if you're online I'll be calling you on Monday to see if my wife can bring the Jetta in sometime on Tuesday.

Thanks again,

Kev
