my timing belt broke, as i was pulling into the driv3e thru of Mcdonalds....

have the parts, i just need the time to do it. i was only doing about 5mph at low rpm so hopefully my "interferancehead " did not interfer with the pistons.....

she is now officially a garage queen until i can save up 5k+ down on a brand new Audi......
OT DISH?-----> nope!
and YES I KNOW I CAN NOT SEPLL!!!!

belt is rated at 90k, and they were not lying....90208 miles and it snapped...

due to the parts price i was planning on doing the T-belt the 1st weekend in jan...

Man that sucks.  You know, it is funny how of all the parts on a car the manufacturer can get it down to a science on when the timing belt will need replacing.  Years ago, my step-mother had a 1988 Mazda 323 and it broke on her right in the middle of the intersection, right around 60,000mi.  Not good.
If it ain't broke, take it apart and fix it!
