i have some dyno time scheduled on Sat morning at MAC...
« on: November 08, 2006, 06:07:40 PM »
i have 4-5 spots total (9am-11:30am) 2 of which are taken.  i am dynoing my k04, but i would like to have a mini-dyno day as well for fun.  in order to make this planning as easy as possible to MAC, please let me know (post here) if you can go by 3-4pm today if possible (and what time you would prefer, in 1/2hr incriments)...and if you commit, please plan to attend.  all makes, models, turbos, bi-turbos, blowers, NAs, fords, chevys, etc welcome of course...just meant to be a fun morning!

I'd be interested in bringing the car out - I'd be curious what the exhaust did.  I'd have to bring my youngest.

If I buy this new car this week I would be interested too.  It would be nice to get some baseline #s before I start modding it.

I'm going to have to rescind my interest.  I did not realize my boys had a scouting function this Saturday morning.

I'm there, would be nice to know what I'm actually getting after my impressive 165 a week or two ago and any time will work for me.

Your rice will upset all the kraut.  That thing is a monster, even stock.

It's still stock, so it'd be nice to get a baseline before I do the turbo back exhaust and chip.  That's supposed to add 75 hp and 110 ft lbs of torque...

would you be doing Cobb Stage 2?  What about the uppipe?

either way, the STi is an outstanding performer out of the box.

I'll go stage 2 real soon.  Don't need to change the uppipe, in the STi it doesn't have a cat.  I was waiting for Cobb to release their new Accessport tuner and it'll be available at the end of this month.

I have a set of springs for it and camber bolts for the rear and I ordered a set of camber/caster plates for the front.  In March I'll pick up a set of swaybars for it...

Awesome.  I ran stage I in my outback XT, and it made a huge difference, but stage 2 required the uppipe, but there was a cat there....so I did not realize there was a difference.  What springs did you go with?  And how are the new seats treating you?

I picked up a set of the JDM Pink springs.  I like the seats, they're pretty comfortable.  Wish they had a sub strap hole tho, so I could run 6 point harnesses.
