No longer lurking here
« on: March 26, 2007, 05:00:33 PM »
I have been lurking around here for a couple of months, and decided I should get off my ass and join.  I have had VW's for about 5 years (a 16v Scirocco and an A2 Jetta), and various Japanese cars for longer than that.  About three months ago, I stepped up to a 92 S4.  In the garage (and driveway) there is:

92 Audi, my DD
99 Isuzu Trooper (oil burning special), the dog and bike hauler
95 Subaru (wifey's, due for replacement, new Passat?)
65 Porsche 356 Cabriolet, which is a joint project between me and my stepdad.  Should be ready for GTG's in a month or so.

I'll be posting rather infrequently, and I generally don't take anything seriously (Exception:  Scotch).

Welcome Tom! Nice seeing you this weekend at the GTG. The S is looking good, can't wait to see that new bumper when it comes in.

Awesome, i would LOVE to have a 356, I miss working on my 912.

So no more mk2? I guess the S is a fair trade up ;)
