the other one I like is whatever Andrew (34k) put on his car.  wow, that thing sounds downright mean on there.
Thanks Andrew. It's a GHL. :D

Well done Dave. The Milltek would be my top choice based on your criteria. Like Jack said, their rounded tips will look the biz on your 337.

Wahoo!  Brown just delivered the exhaust.  Now I get to look at pretty boxes until Randy can get me in to install it.  Problably on the week of the 18th.
If it ain't broke, take it apart and fix it!

Before you install... take the muffler piece and shake it and listen.  Miltek had an issue a couple years ago where pieces of weld were being left in the muffler... just make sure you don't hear something rattling in there before you get it all installed, etc. It is pretty obvious if you have that issue BTW... so if you are questioning a slight rattle, that is not it.

After many weeks of researching and asking around and riding around in cars w/ different setups I decided to go Milltek as well for my B6 1.8, I just haven't found the funds to fill check that box yet.  Iíve got the testpipe in, just waiting for the Milltek

Looks great.... Do yourself a favor and take some hose clamps and put them on the 2 rear most muffler/tip hangers to stop the tip/muffler from sliding around.  What happens is when it get hot is slides very easy, esp when flying around a corner and then.... the super duper hot tip touches your rear valence and melts part of it... that will never completely come off the muffler (w/o refinishing it at least).

One thing I have noticed over the couple days is that when the exhaust warms up, the sound changes.  In a good way of course but I have never heard of an exhaust doing that.  I guess it has something to do with heat and possible expanding of the piping.  I do not think I have a leak, but I also do not think I would know what a leaking exhaust would sound like.
