Wow, I go away for a few days and all this. It almost seems it would have been better to just leave the car coated in oil. WTF is going on over there.

I'm just praying they really do take care of it for you. In the end with my situation, I had to push so hard to come to a satisfactory agreement. Something that was good for both of us. However, my situation was unique and this one is a bit more cut and dry.

They should be having that shit steam cleaned by competent people. Plain and simple.

I've decided to schedule an appt with Mike at Prestige for an "Auto Spa" day to get the car cleaned properly, then I'm thinking of having Dan from Tinteks handle replacing the clear film on the A pillar. Then I'm sending the bill to MAG.

The issue with the radio LCD panel went away, they likely pushed it in when they were wiping down the dash with their moist towelette  ;)

At this point I'd have to be criminally irresponsible to let them touch my car again, huh masterqi?  ;D

Speaking of Auto Spa, I am going to want to get my engine and bay cleaned later this Summer. If that what they do at the Auto Spa?

Hmm?  GTG to Auto Spa to get the undercarage cleaned?  Hmm?

I know the Passat could use some lovin'.  Do ya think they would work on a VW?
