Torque-Factory in Colorado!
« on: August 14, 2007, 02:49:36 PM »
I wanted to let the Rocky Mountain members know that Jeff Moss is going to be in Denver August 22nd thru the 24th for Custom Tuning.  He will be here at the shop working on a variety of cars.

Jeff will be available for chip tuning, custom chip tuning, and consulting.  Dates available are as follows:

DAY 1 Ė August 22nd
DAY 2 - August 23rd
DAY 3 - August 24th

We will be working on high altitude programming for all VW and Audiís.  We are working to establish a data-base from which to improve the GIAC programming on cars that are driven at higher altitudes.  So far we have been able to make measurable gains on both 1.8t and 2.7t motors here in Colorado.

This year we will also be working with some cars that have been converted to run on E85.  So far all the testing done to date show the great potential for gains running E85 on turbo charged cars.

If you are interested in setting up a time to have your car chipped or tuned, please send me an email with the desired day and time.  We will do our best to accommodate everyone.  This is a great opportunity to improve your car and learn more about tuning.

The rate for custom tuning is $100.00 per hour and if parts are needed, we will have those available too.  Any updates to your current GIAC software is free, if additional programs or upgrades needed those will be charged at the GIAC MSRP.  Most of you will not need parts or upgrades, with the exception of those who want race gas files or other program options.

Out of curiosity, even though i have that "shitty" REVO too, can you publish some info on the typical gains you're seeing?

;D Yeah dude, your car's just a complete pile..do something with it already!

Werd! I'm actually going to upgrade to stage II REVO here soon. I'd love to see the new specs in comparison with my own.
