MAF cleaning Saturday 1/25 (X-post w/ list)
« on: January 18, 2003, 07:47:49 PM »
Hey guys, this is a slight change in plans for the MAF cleaning.

I'm going to have to change it from tomorrow morning until next Saturday at 11am.  Nothing big; it will just work better for us.  We can all figure it

out together.  I figure everyone bring a bottle of Isopropyl rubbing alcohol and we will all clean them in a big bucket.

It shouldn't take more than two hours tops, so if you have a busy day planned like we always do, then it will be easier to fit in.

Attending:
Alan
Wendy
Amanda
Jay

Maybe:
Chas

Nope:
Andrew
Pat
Jon
Everyone else...

Ciao!

Winston

I'm a big T for next Saturday.  I

don't expect anything to come up, but that was the same thought I had going into this weekend and something big came up.

I could be up for doing this. That is if

I don't have another last minute call for a stupid car commercial.   But really, it depends on what the family has in mind. But it seems like I

could peel away for a couple hours. Maybe I could also look at Dave's tie bar that he wanted me to do today.

BTW Dave, today would not have been the day. Nice day, but I have had this nasty head cold thing something feirce. It's ugly and so am I. I think

my nose fell off a few minutes ago after the 4 millionth time I've blown it today.

I'll let you know Winston closer to next weekend.

Winston, I would like to attend.

Please confirm time.  I have a couple of early morning errands and who knows what Carla has planned.

Chas,  sorry to hear about your cold  .  I know, today would have been the killer day for last weeks GTG.  Oh well! I hope to see you next Sat.

Again I think that all I need is a longer spacer piece.

Well the original time was set for 11

am and we should be completely done by 1 pm, since it is not a very involved process.

I was also thinking about going snowshoeing with Amanda that afternoon, so I may make it a little earlier.  If we do it at 10 am, that would give us

plenty of time to head up to echo lake and snowshoe.

Since no one has accepted yet (see poll above), it shouldn't make too much of a difference, so let's say 10am now.

Sorry for the change.  Just call it a midcourse correction.

;)

Winston, can't we do it at 9:58 am

instead. I think that would work better for me.  :P  :P

Also, I'll need directions to your house. Maybe post some up later or e-mail me the addy and I'll mapquest it and get completely lost that way.

I still haven't asked the boss for the time off, but I'll work up the nerve, soon I hope.

Ok... since you put it that way (the

snowshoeing bit)... I suppose I can come clean my MAF with you guys. But I will probably not want to leave any later than noon to go 'shoeing..

especially if we head up to echo lake or somesuch place... btw, the trails up at echo are easy and short, not like the 8 miles I did today ;) so if any

of you guys wanna join us (snowshoe virgins or not) this would be a good time.

Another change of plans for me.  I'll

be there at 9:30 and leave immediately after to pick up my uncle at DIA.
