I vote chip because you'll have to do the suspension again when you do get lowering springs...and you will get them...eventually.
If you are not looking to get more speed out of your car, then forget the chip...if handling is your biggest concern, but you don't want to lower it, you will be hard pressed to make any serious differences, especially with stock springs. Like stated earlier, sway bars, c-bar, strut tower brace bar, that will help to keep the car more level through the corners while at stock height.
Say, does entering your driveway in reverse help any? :cool:
