Jon.... Do you want a Calorie analysis on that BLAT?     I'm sorry to inform you, but there aren't nearly enough calories to be classified as a BLAT... blat would be more appropriate.

are you sure?  16 pieces of bacon, Mayo, Milton's bread, and 3 slices of it, and then 8 slices of avocado....I think it is near 4500 calories or so.  So, I beg to differ, it is a BLAT!!!  :D

and it was "light on the mayo"...I hate it when mayo is over done, and all slimy oozing out everywhere.  Just a thin layer is all you need.

Avocado: 1 whole = 230calories, 21g fat
Bacon, cooked in butter: 16 slices = 792cal, 55g fat
Milton's multigrain: 3 slices = 360cal, 1.5g fat               (I just guessed from the pictures which bread you got)
Lettuce: 5 leaves = 20cal, 0g fat                 (erroring on the high side here, for sure)
Tomato: 1 whole = 25cal, 0g fat
Mayo: 3 Tbsp = 270cal, 30g fat            (I would say you probably had about 2 Tbsp, but I'm erroring in your favor)

Sum:
1697 calories
107.5g of fat

Still, looks great... I'm just giving you a hard time because you made a page for your BLT.

Yes, but at least the avocado has "healthy" (monounsaturated oleic acid) fat, that can help reduce cholesterol from the bacon and mayo :P

LOL, those are great numbers Jack, and you nailed the bread right on the nose.

I love my sandwiches, and I feel all should have a chance to share with me, even if on the internet :)

I think I'm going to be making a blat tonight.   Since I'm trying to get back into shape and loose weight, it will only be a half of an avocado and half a pack of bacon.

Maybe I'll have to take pictures of my girly-man blat (in schwarzenegger voice).

LOL, where Adam (aka The Chef) when we need him.  I think he posted a Chicken Ceasar Salad for Sale on Club5.com at one point.

Jon, I'm waiting for this to show up in the For Sale section here.  Maybe server in a nice Ostrich leather satchell perhaps?
