Emissions Test Problems!
« on: December 29, 2009, 11:14:19 PM »
So, my GTi is lowered and sitting on 18 inch wheels. Being low isn't that big of a problem, but what is a problem is that no test place will test my vehicle with 18s on and my 17s are in NY. I tried a place that a person from Metro Dubs sent me to in Broomfield and that didn't work either. Does anyone have a set of 5x100 wheels/ tires that I can borrow for around an hour or so to just get tested or maybe another suggestion. (borrow your spare and use my spare to make a set)?

Thanks,

Craig

Aren't 18s stock, or dealer option at least?

Ah, bummer.  I've only got 18's.  You may want to try posting on http://union1609.com/forums/index.php as well.
