Photoshop for 6-Pack?

So i have an image i need altering...my boss left me these instruction's before he left and i would like to change my name for his, so i can send the pic back to him in a frame for his desk at his new job....
I need the name "keith" replaced with the name "Jon"....easy?  i can drop a six pack off in Denver on wednesday!
