Sad day for a couple car enthusiast

Saw this on the Daily Keeper site.  This Lexus drove into a couple parked cars at a GTG.  I'm sure the owners of these 2 cars put a lot of time into them.

The Le Mans certainly demonstrates the advances in safety that have been made in the last 40+ years ... I certainly wouldn't have let the driver of the Lexus live.  Sad ending for a beautiful car (or perhaps cars).

Oh, some lady jumped a curb and smashed into a nicely restored Dodge I think it was. Caved in the passenger door and pushed the car into a car next to it. Looks like it was a classic car meet or show or something. All this running off memory.
