Title: 'bout time for that timing belt job?
Post by: 92UrS4 on December 13, 2004, 06:55:48 PM
Well I just got a coupon from Tynans, you pay labor, they pay for the parts.   Should be good for saving you a few hundred bucks.

Of course I would contact them first to see exactly what part is "free."

Anyway, if anyone wants the coupon let me know.

I'm sure you have to record of your oil changes though...and records of regular tire pressure increases and decreases. Not to mention records of regular trunk-vaccuming.

I doubt it, it's a coupon for service and you are still paying them.  They could care less if you every had the car serviced before.

Then again, it is a dealer and they may want a blood sample and your first born.

Obviously you don't know Tynan's too well. They're sticklers for trunk vacumning. They sent me home one day to clean out my trunk before they would even see my car!

Tough cookies they are!
