I have not heard either of them on your application, but supersprint ALWAYS seems to be louder on any car i have heard them on.  I am a huge fan of remus, excellent build quality, great sound on the ones I have hears, which range from Audi A4, VW Passat, MINI Cooper S, and a couple of motorcycles.  I have heard a supersprint on the MINI and Golf 1.8T....way too raspy and loud for my tastes...but it comes down to preferences and what you are looking for.

do you have an older Audi?
I'm not familiar with the 12-valve V6.  The V6's for the later generation Audis and VWs are 30-valves.

supersprint does offer a  exhaust system. bmpdesign.com is where i found the system you can buy the rear muffler or a cat back system.
