Title: Review-CG Lock
Post by: KevB on June 27, 2005, 08:37:53 AM
Here's a link to thier website: http://www.cg-lock.com/

It's a good alternative for those who do not want a full 4-5 point harness.  It keeps you planted in the seat, so you don't slide around, but still allows your upper body regular movement.  I got mine on e-bay for $30 with free shipping.  I used it at our track day at second creek and an autocross on the 18th.  It's really easy to install and use, and never loosened while I was driving.  It's definitely worth the $35-45 you'll spend, versus $150+ you'll drop on a 4-5 point harness.  If anyone wants to give it a try let me know.

Later,
Kevin

FYI, all you have to do is twist your belt once before plugging it in and it does the same thing.

I've done that before and it works, but I found this a more comfortable alternative.
