Title: Audi A6 2.7T - Brisk performance
Post by: jfrahm on August 13, 2005, 01:52:08 PM
I just test drove a used Audi A6 2.7T M6.  Nice car!  this one needs a thermostat, probably a timing belt, and probably some more skipped maintenance.  However I was generally impressed with how the car was holding up at 85K miles and the ride, handling, low end torque, etc.
It'd be interesting to drive the 4.2, but they are all automatics.

I suppose the A6 2.7T has the same issues as the S4 at this point in it's life cycle?  Turbos, if it's been chipped.  Timing belt.  How about the clutch?
