Looks like a big Jetta ;)
You have to have a new car to have that nice floor...:D Well, mine don't leak so i could get away with it.

agreed, big jetta.

oh, and it is when your car is leaking that you want a floor like that.  makes the clean up easier.

wow that does look like an oversized jetta.

i am still not 100% on the styling direction VW has taken. I think they are starting to lose some of the character and going too mainstream.

well, I like it, regardless of the similarity to other vehicles.  At least with black, painting the lowers is not needed ;)

I never understood VW's insistence on the vinyl/plastic, black lowers...

Durability, something not painted, something that wont chip. They do fade which has been a problem. but in terms of maintenance and appearance it is the smart thing.

I agree that the black lowers on a black car look "right". That's the only thing on my car I'd like to change. Was considering painting them but I dunno. I think a mild body kit may be the best solution.

I couldn't view those pics...

As for the whole plastic lowers debate, I hate em...ever since my first VW...an 84 Scirocco.  They fade, are actually harder to clean than paint and tough to make look good down the road.  Plus I have seen that plastic become brittle.

And that doesn't even cover the "looks."

Dang, I was really hoping for some hotness!

and Milltek quad out silencer

and Abt lower airdam minus the defusor

and VW side skirts

I will paint them all black magic!

Not that this had anything to do with the stupid black unpainted plastic parts besides me replacing all of them :D
