Title: Idiot in an Escalade
Post by: s4josh on May 10, 2006, 02:08:52 PM
I went to lunch with a friend to Garcia's in the tech center for lunch and when I came out there was a red escalade parked next to me.  When I dropped my friend off I noticed a mark on my passenger side c-pillar...  They put a 3" crease and 1" scratch in my freaking GTi...

Today has been going very badly starting with Xcel ringing my door bell at 4:20 am this morning because someone near me didn't have power and waking up my one year old daughter in the process.

I am taking this as a sign to go home and stay there for the day.

Its an anti-josh day fugineh

Your first mistake was eating lunch at Garcia's, but putting a crease and scratch in your car because of that is pretty harsh.

why the heck did Xcel ring your door bell?  Because a neighbor did not have power?  I can understand if they want to check if you have power, but just look in a window, and see if a light or something is on, or plug something into an outlet outside and check, but don't ring the frickin door at 430am.....just not right.

Sorry about the car, do you have a plate number or anything?

here's a tip:
A swiss army knife in the glovebox and a tazer near your front door.  Enough said.

I had power and my porch light was on when he rang the bell.  Some where in my neiborhood there was a power outage and he need to check the transformer in my back yard.  He said there maps were all jacked up or something.  I made sure he was in a big ass xcel truck before I unlocked my back gate.

I wish I would have gotten the plate, but it would have been worthless.  Its better to just do the eye for an eye then goto small claims court!
