I read this editorial on ESPN and was surprised at the mention of the Passat near the end.

too much for me to read, i just finished reading 3 chapters in my nueral pshyc. text and my neurons are fried for the day...

what doies it say?

I don't think espn columns are that much harder to read than a "nueral pshyc." book.  :)

The column was rather long and basically ranted about reporters not being able to ask any questions they want of the spuer bowl players/coaches.  Even the "candid" questions are canned ahead of time.  Plenty of somewhat funny examples.

So at the end of the column a reporter just has to askhis question despite the rules and then:

Security closes in quickly. Within minutes, the guy is out of the building. By morning, he's out of a job. More often than not his wife and kids are packing up the Passat by the time he drags his sorry butt home.

There are a lot of football references to Passats, I recall last years Playoffs or Superbowl and they interviewed a female Raider fan and she wa sall decked out.  They asked what kind of ar she drove, a Passat.

I WORK for ESPN and I drive a Passat...but I doubt sports has anything to do with it. :|

Hey, sometimes I work for ESPN. Hmmm... maybe there is something to this ESPN/Passat thing after all... Hmmm... :roll:  :)
