Title: lock cylinder removal help

ok so i broke my key off in my 90 coupe quattro and now i'm trying to remove my lock cylinder and i can't, bummer thing is i don't have the bently for it yet so i'm kinda winging it. anybody got any advice or help would be greaet. thanks

I can't believe no one has replied yet.  Can you post a picture of it so we can take a look at it?

I wish I could help, but I am not familiar with that model Audi.  A pic would really help if at all possible.

at least I have an excuse, I was on vacation last week and missed a bunch of stuff.

in any case, I agree, a pic would be helpful.  I havent tried removing a lock cylinder on the car before.  alternatively, can you get to the portion of the key in there with a pair of pliers, or a set of tweasers?

How did I miss this thread? You have a Coupe Quattro? I envy you. I know NOTHING about lock cylinders though.
