Title: Shipping Opening @ GeoEye Thornton
Post by: Mcstiff on April 10, 2008, 01:27:47 PM
Shipping and Receiving opening at Geoeye in Thornton:

A great entry level position for someone looking to work hard, stick with the company, and advance (work through school), they are not looking for someone who is not thinking more than a year out.

Not sure on the pay but benefits are pretty good:

Health insurance starts the 1st of the month after you are hired (31 days max)
10 holidays
Good PTO
401K
Stock Options Program
Tuition Reimbursement
Advancement Opps

The shipping dept uses Pitney Bows, JDE, office, etc if you have experience with those it would be a plus.

FT 8-5, 1 hr lunch; would be perfect for somebody looking to work, finish school and advance!

Check out www.geoeye.com but the job has not posted yet. Contact me w/ questions @ hankin.ed@geoeye.com .

Guess we're not talking about Space Imaging anymore then, LOL!

Just saw this. Its funny, we still have some legal stuff as "Space Imaging".

This position has been filled but I think there are still openings.

Hey Ed, I do some JDE technical work if you ever need any contract work, let me know.  Specifically OneWorld \ EnterpriseOne, not World.  Pass this on to anyone there that may be interested.

Cool company too.  Looks like a neat place to work.

I think we are moving away from world all together. PM me your info and I can pass it on/up. It is a great place to work but I wish we were down south vs north.
