Title: Thanks Gragravar
Post by: 03Indigo on March 07, 2009, 03:14:22 PM
1. for the help installing my hitch on the scoobie, and 2, for the use of the trailer for a few weeks so I can move my stuff.  Your generosity is second to none!!!   ;D

 ;D ;D ;D

It was no problem at all.  it was fun to turn a wrench for a while.  Glad the trailer hitch fit up there well.  The install was so easy compared to the allroad's hitch.

Good luck with the move.

yeah, we are under contract, inspection is Monday, closing April 1, 2009.  If we pass inspection and they have no objections, then I will officially be moved out by the 22nd.  Looking for new homes right now.

While I don't feel right saying congrats, I'm sure you are relieved that it is almost over with and taking that next step.

Are you guys looking to stay in the same area? Moving closer to work maybe?

Well, we are divorcing, Betsy is staying in Parker, I am looking to move either to Denver or back up to where I was before, Westy, Broomy, or Thornton areas.

That stinks, I'm sorry to hear it.  At least you sold the house, I'm sure that's a big load off your mind.

you have no idea.  90 days on market, both of us living under the same roof, different parts of the house though.  That is one advantage to having a large house.  It does stink, I had higher hopes for the relationship, but it does not work when that hope is one sided :(....but I did see some nice new homes today, so that is a plus!!! :D

well, we got taken a little bit, but not as bad as others on the market, we faired pretty well, all things considered.  But I did make it up on the other end, just contracted on a new house up in Arvada near Standley Lake off 88th ave.
