Did you see this in the preamble?
So what can we do? Well, fortunately for most of us, laser jamming is still an option, since it’s technically just the transmission of light, and so it's not an FCC controlled transmission like radar jamming is. I say “most of us” because some states (as of this posting) have specifically banned laser and radar jammers, namely California, Minnesota, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Colorado, Utah, Virginia and Washington DC.
And this in the legalese:
California, Minnesota, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Colorado, Utah, Virginia and Washington DC have specifically banned radar and laser jammers, as I mentioned before. For this reason, I will not ship to addresses in these areas. I simply don’t want to deal with potential liability and legality issues in these states.
