"Blinder" laser jammer?

Just curious if anyone has seen/heard of these "Blinder" laser jammers before???

Someone on LegacyGT.com is putting a group buy together. I have never heard of one of these "jammers" type things that actually work, but from what people (with personal experience) are saying over there, it sounds like they might be the real deal.

So what can we do? Well, fortunately for most of us, laser jamming is still an option, since it’s technically just the transmission of light, and so it's not an FCC controlled transmission like radar jamming is. I say “most of us” because some states (as of this posting) have specifically banned laser and radar jammers, namely California, Minnesota, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Colorado, Utah, Virginia and Washington DC.

And this in the legalese:

from what I have heard... laser jammers don't really jam.. but just give you a 1/2sec to a second to slow down... and then they just tell you your going to get a ticket.

Some laser jammers are programmed to only go off for a few seconds, only because it makes the manufacture look like thier not encouraging speeding.

I think Valentine 1 has a full on front or  front and read kit laser jammer setup.  I would trust them for a product that works.

Since laser jammers are optical they need to be unobstructed on the outside of the car near the lisense plates to generally work well and you need to keep them clean.

Remember its only a crime if your convicted
